Terms and notices

Total Training Management System is proprietary software owned by Fail Safe Technologies LLC. Access is provided only to authorized users for approved training administration, participation, qualification management, certification, reporting, and related organizational activity.

Subject to applicable fees, written agreements, and continued compliance, an authorized organization receives a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service. Accounts are individual. Credentials must be protected and may not be shared.

Users may not copy, distribute, sublicense, resell, reverse engineer, defeat access controls, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, access records outside an assigned role, or use the service in violation of law, contract, policy, privacy, or intellectual property rights.

Activity may be monitored, recorded, retained, and reviewed for security, administration, compliance, support, and operational integrity. Access may be limited or suspended when necessary to protect users, data, service availability, or Fail Safe Technologies LLC.

The platform, source code, workflows, interfaces, configurations, integrations, documentation, and preexisting intellectual property remain the property of Fail Safe Technologies LLC or their respective licensors. Service-specific agreements control where they apply. New York law governs unless a controlling written agreement states otherwise.

The service processes identity, contact, registration, attendance, assessment, qualification, certification, communication, preference, and audit information for authorized purposes. Users may access and use records only within their assigned role and legitimate organizational duties.

Administrative actions, authentication events, acknowledgments, record changes, and other material events may be logged. Records may be retained, disclosed, archived, or deleted according to applicable agreements, organizational policy, legal requirements, and records schedules.

Use of the service constitutes consent to monitoring and review consistent with the authorized use notice. Users must report suspected unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse to their administrator or Fail Safe Technologies LLC support.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.

Total Training Management System uses open-source software components, including PHP libraries and infrastructure software. Each component remains subject to its applicable license and copyright notice. Fail Safe Technologies LLC makes no claim of ownership over third-party open-source software.

Proprietary application code, integrations, configurations, documentation, operational procedures, product identity, and original platform components remain the property of Fail Safe Technologies LLC unless expressly stated otherwise. A dependency inventory and applicable license texts should be retained with each production release.
